Kelley M. Enderley, ESQ.
As an attorney, Kelley M. Enderley has an idealistic approach to life and work. She believes that clients should be given personal and friendly legal assistance. She believes that a lawyer has a duty to give honest legal advice and to serve the best interests of the client as opposed to the quick and easy resolution.
Ms. Enderley has lived in the Mid-Hudson Valley for most of her life and is a proud member of the community. As such, Ms. Enderley attended Marist College where she obtained a B.A. in Political Science and a Paralegal Certificate. From there she went to Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she obtained a Juris Doctor.
After working for other attorneys who taught her the ropes of traffic and driver's license offenses, she opened her own practice, the Law Office of Kelley M. Enderley, in Poughkeepsie in 2005. Ms. Enderley still appears "of counsel" for other lawyers in various legal matters. In addition to DWI and traffic violations, she provides criminal defense for serious felony offenses, and has taken numerous cases to trial.
Kelley M. Enderley is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association and the Dutchess County Bar Association.
